hahahahha. guess wat? i got accepted into Chemistry & Biological Chemistry of NTU. finally some news at last. duno how many ppl have already received news liao lor. haha but doesnt matter, as long got receive :p
hehe ytd e person make me so panicky lor. suddenly smsed me at ard 5.40pm to inform me that i'm invited to an interview today.. i was like.. WAT?? so sudden. n wats more, why got interview.. i didnt even opt for sth like medicine or dentistry or acct rite.. hahaha so i was quite sian lor n i called geri n we brainstormed n discussed some possible qns and ans.. lol quite funny rite.. but jus play safe wat.. n ok fine lor i didnt go work today(so qiao my supervisor n another colleague took leave..another took half day..wasted laaa so slack yet im not in office..haha) n ended up me poor thing going ntu myself.. wah lao its so damn far okie.. alighted n took a cab in.. everyone told me tts e way to ntu.. so crap rite.. haha bt its not any easier cos when i got there.. i had such a hard time looking for block N4.1.. omg i think i asked at least 5 ppl.. got 1 person pt me to that correct blk.. but guess wat? i dun even know how to reach that blk.. seems so near yet so far lor.. so i ended up reaching there at 2 when i've alrd reached e campus at 125 lidat.. so zzz.. ok so when i reached im asked to go to this prof leung's rm for interview.. n noe wats e 1st thing e prof told me? "this's not gonna be an interview.. in fact u have alrd been offered a place for this course le.." thats in a nutshell la. wah i was like.. phew i worried for nth. he was v nice lor. told me alot abt e course n told me chem engine too many ppl apply liao so tt fac din accept me.. quite crap actually rite.. haha n keep emphasizing to me that chemists can b chem engineers bt nt e other way round.. told me abt e gd n bad pts of ntu n nus.. told me abt e direct hons thing.. he said he used to teach at nus (was e ex-dean or sth) and how ppl often come cryin to him cos they cudnt get to study hons when actually their results were gd.. bt it was a policy tt 20% of e ppl get hons.. so..therefore.. hence.. yup. of cos he'll b trying to promote ntu.. but isnt that a pt worth considering? duno la n he told me sth quite scary sia.. he says for fos in nus might end up not being abt to maj in e subj tt interests u.. may end up getting another subj cos anyway wat they offer u is sth general wat ie. sci.. duno la.. nus so mean lor havent even send me a letter.. nvm i'll b waiting.. hmm if i end up in ntu.. guess maybe will try out hostel? we'll c.. haha.. ok tts all for today.. taz
